Vice Minister Fu Shuangjian speaks at the news conference held by State Council Information Office

    In the afternoon of December 9th, 2010, Mr. Fu Shuangjian, Vice Minister of SAIC attended the news conference held by State Council Information Office (SCIO). Mr. Li Jianchang, Director General of Trademark Office of SAIC, Mr. Ning Wanglu, Director General of Antimonopoly and Anti-unfair Competition Enforcement Bureau of SAIC and Mr. Xu Ruibiao, Director General of Trademark Review and Adjudication Board of SAIC accompanied Mr. Fu to the conference and answered questions from the journalists.  Mr. Chen Wenjun, Deputy Director General of News Bureau of SCIO hosted the conference.

  Mr. Fu Shuangjian, Vice Minister of SAIC answered questions from a CCTV reporter on the great significance of resolving the problem of trademark examination and review backlog and how to prevent from forming new backlog.

 Mr. Li Jianchang, Director General of Trademark Office of SAIC answered a question from a Beijing TV reporter on trademark malicious registration.

  Mr. Ning Wanglu, Director General of Antimonopoly and Anti-unfair Competition Enforcement Bureau of SAIC answered a question from a China Daily reporter on how to identify the activities of counterfeiting names, packages and decorations of famous products.

    Mr. Xu Ruibiao, Director General of Trademark Review and Adjudication Board of SAIC answered a question from a China Industry and Commerce News reporter on the protection of trademark rights owned by registrants from Taiwan region.
